I initially reached out to you for support in growing my business, but quickly realized my personal life was what needed the most attention. I was in the midst of a dark night of the soul and couldn't see my way out. You held and guided me through that incredibly challenging time as I found my way out and began to rebuild. What I found so unique about our work together was how we were able to move back and forth between my personal life and then the business world. I always knew they were intertwined, but never before had I been able to work with someone who could connect the two worlds through coaching and therapy. To be able to combine doing the deep work on myself with deep work on my business was a completely new way of moving through the world and healing. In our work together I manifested some of the wildest things on my list including a major bonus, a synchronistic move into a new home, and a beautiful business partnership. I'm really grateful for the beautiful container you held for me Krista and for the way you helped me feel safe to open up to some really dark places within myself.
